Refunds can take up to 45 business days, depending on external factors.

Shipping

We ship internationally, including to the United States and Israel.
Shipping usually takes 12 - 30 business days from the date the product is shipped. 12 to 14 by air, and 25-30 by ship.
Delivery to the customer's door is available in a limited number of locations, and shipments will be made to a pickup point (including postal offices).
The company aims to ship the product within 5 business days from the order.
In some cases, there may be delays or unexpected changes, such as delays by U.S. Postal Service or shipping companies.
The latest delivery time is 35 business days from the date the product is shipped.
In case of a delay, the user can contact customer service to receive either a full refund or a redelivery option.
Orders are shipped directly from international suppliers.
If multiple products are ordered, they may be shipped separately

Product Orders

To purchase products on the website, select products from the catalog and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page, where you must provide information such as:

If the shipment is for someone other than the purchaser, the recipient's full address and phone number must be provided.

If the business is unable to supply the product, there is no obligation to deliver it, and the customer will be notified by email.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged product (one that was damaged during shipping, not through use), you can exchange it for a new one or return it for a full refund in a few simple steps.
If the cancellation is due to reasons other than damage, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or $20 (whichever is lower) will be charged.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that our black metal parallettes may have minor gray steel marks due to the manufacturing process. These marks are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance or durability. As such, they are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
